2008 Melbourne

God creates the beauty. My camera and I are a witness.

God creates the beauty. My camera and I are a witness.

In 2008, a legendary graffiti crew hailing from Melbourne (Wild Child Art) orchestrated a celebration and event. Seeking out a prime canvas, all members, now with families, gathered to paint a massive burner or “piece”. This fun event, organized by the iconic “king” of the Melbourne scene, Puzle (my brother-in-law at the time), spanned two days as each former member took turns reliving past glories. Tasked with documenting the weekend by Puzle, I not only obliged but also decided to infuse a nostalgic touch by using film cameras, capturing the essence of the gathering in a truly timeless manner. I also produced a timelapse and set up my DSLR to click away for the whole weekend. A lot of fun!
